My daughter had her key fob stolen out of her car in college. I called several places and Smart Home was the only place who walked me through every step of the process and not only were they the most knowledgeable but to my surprise the most affordable! The communication was also exceptional through every step of the process. I was so worried about trying to handle this from another state and this company eased all of my fears. I could not be more impressed with this company. My wife is an ER nurse and the ignition key cylinder went bad in our Volkswagen golf GTI. When I called Noble locksmith, they were more educated on the process than any other company explained everything to me and were able to help us and get us back on the road so she could get back yo work the next day. Glen really came through for me today. My son lost his motorcycle and car key over the weekend. My son called a different company and they came out. They did the car key but said they couldn’t do the motorcycle. They told us we would have to take it to the dealership. I called Glen’s Lock Service and explained the situation. Glen came and was able to cut a new key for the motorcycle. Glen is a true locksmith. 100% recommend!!! He will be my go to person for any locksmith needs from now on.

The company was very helpful after my mom had her car broken into and the ignition was destroyed (Luckily there was very little other damage).The tech came as soon as the part was available and fixed the issue very quickly. We are also able to use the same car key! The technician also put together the steering column top back together.I would recommend them.

My car locked with my phone, keys, and 2 year old son inside. The Lock Dawg van happened to be in the same parking lot as us. We were able to locate him and get the car unlocked before the police showed up. He wouldn’t even accept payment. Excellent! What more can I say. I needed a new key fob for my 2020 jeep. The dealership made it seem like it would take an act of Congress to get a new one but Jon and his son said no problem! Programed the fob and cut the key in 30 minutes. And for half the price of the dealership! Thanks Jon's locks.

I am very very impressed by the service I received, I just walked in 4/17/24 at 10:07am due to my primary key fob battery died the other day, so using my spare and rather make sure I have both key fobs working. Very friendly and before I even paid at 10:11am, I already had my key fob back to me and working. Also very great price for it, if I could rate more than 5 I would.Thank you!
