Excellent! What more can I say. I needed a new key fob for my 2020 jeep. The dealership made it seem like it would take an act of Congress to get a new one but Jon and his son said no problem! Programed the fob and cut the key in 30 minutes. And for half the price of the dealership! Thanks Jon's locks.

I am very very impressed by the service I received, I just walked in 4/17/24 at 10:07am due to my primary key fob battery died the other day, so using my spare and rather make sure I have both key fobs working. Very friendly and before I even paid at 10:11am, I already had my key fob back to me and working. Also very great price for it, if I could rate more than 5 I would.Thank you!

We had a great experience. They were able to come within an hour to program ignition keys on our Honda. While they were here, we asked about getting a spare car door key made. The door key didn’t require any programming and he gave us the key for free. We will use JB Lock and Key again!

I called Noble for a quote to compare to another quote I received. His was similar, so I mentioned I was going to go with the appointment I had already set up. He asked if the other locksmith offered up his license info (he had not). He said "You don't have to go with me, I just want you to know there are scams out there and always ask for a license". I really appreciated the warning. Sure enough, the other guy didn't want to send me his info. I used Kyle, and so glad I did! He was on time, super efficient, spotless van, reviewed the function of the keys with me and overall great service! Plus he mentioned he's in a BNI with a friend, so I know he takes his work seriously and is invested in the community. Highly recommend!

Jack was knowledgeable, explained what he was doing, let me watch and answered my questions. What should have been a simple straight forward job ended up being a little more complex. Jack took it in stride, annd took care of it. Then he came right back to make a minor adjustment.And the fix did not require new keying- a bonus. He obviously enjoys his work.
