I could not be more impressed with this company. My wife is an ER nurse and the ignition key cylinder went bad in our Volkswagen golf GTI. Glen really came through for me today. My son lost his motorcycle and car key over the weekend. My son called a different company and they came out. They did the car key but said they couldn’t do the motorcycle. They told us we would have to take it to the dealership. I called Glen’s Lock Service and explained the situation. The company was very helpful after my mom had her car broken into and the ignition was destroyed (Luckily there was very little other damage).The tech came as soon as the part was available and fixed the issue very quickly. My car locked with my phone, keys, and 2 year old son inside. The Lock Dawg van happened to be in the same parking lot as us. We were able to locate him and get the car unlocked before the police showed up. He wouldn’t even accept payment. I am incredibly grateful for the Lock Dawg business and will call them for any future needs!
