I accidentally locked my daughters keys in her car and she needed to be somewhere in a hurry. I called American lock and key and they sent out John Laseter. He arrived quickly and immediately said to work on her lock. He assured me that he would not damage her vehicle and he was able to open her door quickly. He was very cheerful and provided excellent customer service. In stressful times like this you need someone like John who will get the job done, but also provide an exceptional customer experience. I asked John how long he had been doing the job and he said for over 22 years and the expertise was very apparent. I highly recommend American Lock and Key and John (“option three“). Thanks for making a tough situation much easier.

Something was affecting my daughter’s keyless entry remote from transmitting 100% of the functions. Called Nobel & they were very nice. They said to come in and they’d look at it. Sure glad I did. They looked at it & saw that a piece of solder had come loose that caused the problem. They fixed it & it works perfectly now. Highly recommend this place.

Anderson Lock rekeyed my entire house I just purchased including finding replacement parts for one mortise lock that was broken. I had to get a new key AND fob without the help of having a spare key. Mandy was just plain awesome! Was great about communicating her arrival and very apologetic about the time it took to make the key and fob due to the KIA website being down which was beyond her control. I really didn't even mind the wait but she said normally this process takes no more than 15 minutes. And the cost was way less than what the dealership quoted me. I would highly recommend Noble Locksmith!

My husband and I accidentally left our keys at home, and we were locked out of our house. Despite unhelpful responses from our landlord and property manager, we contacted Pro-keys locksmith service. Jacob, from Pro-keys, stayed with us for three hours in the freezing cold, tirelessly trying to help us open the door. His assistance, amazing skills and great patience was invaluable.
