I could not find the keys to my garage door lock. I called at 9 AM. They were there by noon and changed out the lock because it was damaged. They had all the parts with them. Did an excellent job. Fast efficient, friendly. I would always call them first!!

Outstanding service and quality! David was professional and was able to figure out how to make a key for a file cabinet I had lost the ability to lock decades ago. The main job was rekeying 9 lock cylinders and David was able to use the key that came with a new deadbolt lock I got from Home Depot. He made 1 extra key for me and it was unique enough and has the Priest logo and contact info. They were able to schedule me in on the first day I had available. I don't know exactly why, but the service call left me with a smile. I highly endorse this company for all your locksmith needs

I accidentally locked my daughters keys in her car and she needed to be somewhere in a hurry. I called American lock and key and they sent out John Laseter. Something was affecting my daughter’s keyless entry remote from transmitting 100% of the functions. Called Nobel & they were very nice. They said to come in and they’d look at it. Sure glad I did. I had to get a new key AND fob without the help of having a spare key. Mandy was just plain awesome! Was great about communicating her arrival and very apologetic about the time it took to make the key and fob due to the KIA website being down which was beyond her control. I really didn't even mind the wait but she said normally this process takes no more than 15 minutes. And the cost was way less than what the dealership quoted me.
