Fast easy professional. What I dream of these days. I was told a timeframe and was greeted in about 20 minutes! I actually called snap and crack after waiting almost an hour for another company (Keyme) who laughably called me and told me 39-40 minutes BEFORE S&C came and did their job. Yet arrived about 20 minutes after the job was completed. I know who to call from now on.

Nobody is having a good day when they realize they locked themselves out of their house. I called up Snap & Crack and they gave me an estimate of about an hour to get someone out, which was way faster than I was anticipating. I received a call within 10 minutes from the locksmith, telling me they were on their way. I was inside my house 30 minutes after I made the first phone call. I hope I’m not in another situation where I will need a locksmith, but if I am, I won’t hesitate to reach out to Snap & Crack again. The two guys that came out were extremely professional, personable, and efficient. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a locksmith in a hurry!

From start to finish, sales rep to installation, everything was very easy. Rep broke everything down for me and worked with my budget. The installers were friendly, worked around my schedule, and explained to me the breakdown and steps for each window/door and how to maintain and clean. I'm terrible with keys! I lost the only key I had to one of my work vans. The tech was in my driveway within 15 minutes of my call for service. He made keys for my work van and also another Fob with key for my personal truck. All of this was done within an hour of placing the call for service! The price was more than fair and the service was top notch! This is the only locksmith you need.

I could not be more impressed with this company. My wife is an ER nurse and the ignition key cylinder went bad in our Volkswagen golf GTI. When I called Noble locksmith, they were more educated on the process than any other company explained everything to me and were able to help us and get us back on the road so she could get back yo work the next day. Glen really came through for me today. My son lost his motorcycle and car key over the weekend. My son called a different company and they came out. They did the car key but said they couldn’t do the motorcycle. They told us we would have to take it to the dealership. I called Glen’s Lock Service and explained the situation. Glen came and was able to cut a new key for the motorcycle. Glen is a true locksmith. 100% recommend!!! He will be my go to person for any locksmith needs from now on.

The company was very helpful after my mom had her car broken into and the ignition was destroyed (Luckily there was very little other damage).The tech came as soon as the part was available and fixed the issue very quickly. We are also able to use the same car key! The technician also put together the steering column top back together.I would recommend them.
