I needed a smart lock installed and my strike plate also needed adjusted so the door would shut correctly, so I wanted a professional to make sure it was done right. After doing research and calling around for quotes, Snap & Crack seemed far and away the best option. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with them. My service tech, Nick, was a great, kind, friendly, and quite personable technician. Although he had never worked on a specific, broken lock situation like mine before, he was able to fix my access problem in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Nick! He should be commended.The company’s overall charge of $175 ($75 for a service call and $100 for 15 minutes), was a bit excessive, in my opinion.
