Excellent service. Repaired my Vehicle’s door locking system. Mobile service resulting in him coming to my residence in Kekaha. Definitely would use him again and recommend him to others.
Do not go to them, they illegally reset all the keys to my car, and now I am unable to get into my car or drive it.
I had to tow my car to Kauai Toyota, and have them look at it, and now I will have to pay a lot of money to buy a whole new computer and new keys!
Called to ask them if there was anything they can do, and if they are liable because they did not get permission from me (the owner of the vehicle) and the OWNER (Dave) was very rude and started yelling saying he is NOT liable, and will not pay anything, and hung up.
I am trying to get this fixed and settled, but I obviously cannot go above him (as he is the owner of the company)!
