I needed a smart lock installed and my strike plate also needed adjusted so the door would shut correctly, so I wanted a professional to make sure it was done right. After doing research and calling around for quotes, Snap & Crack seemed far and away the best option. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with them. The technician was extremely courteous and was nice enough to update me when he was on the way and how far out he was. He was quick with his work and had the best quality you can have in a serviceman - professionalism. I definitely recommend Snap & Crack for locksmith services.

My service tech, Nick, was a great, kind, friendly, and quite personable technician. Although he had never worked on a specific, broken lock situation like mine before, he was able to fix my access problem in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Nick! He should be commended.The company’s overall charge of $175 ($75 for a service call and $100 for 15 minutes), was a bit excessive, in my opinion.
