I recently changed the batteries in my electronic keypad to my safe. Afterwards, I tried to open the safe and it would not. I contact Karl at Karlock in Vernon Hills, IL. During our call, Karl wanted to run through a few self diagnostics on the safe. Karl was extremely knowledgeable about the type of safe and its unique features. His instructions were easy to follow and he successfully guided me to an unlocked safe. I appreciate Karl’s technical assistance in this matter and strongly recommend his services for anyone with a lock problem.

I called Noble for a quote to compare to another quote I received. His was similar, so I mentioned I was going to go with the appointment I had already set up. He asked if the other locksmith offered up his license info (he had not). He said "You don't have to go with me, I just want you to know there are scams out there and always ask for a license".
