My service tech, Nick, was a great, kind, friendly, and quite personable technician. Although he had never worked on a specific, broken lock situation like mine before, he was able to fix my access problem in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Nick! He should be commended.The company’s overall charge of $175 ($75 for a service call and $100 for 15 minutes), was a bit excessive, in my opinion.

Fast easy professional. What I dream of these days. I was told a timeframe and was greeted in about 20 minutes! I actually called snap and crack after waiting almost an hour for another company (Keyme) who laughably called me and told me 39-40 minutes BEFORE S&C came and did their job. Yet arrived about 20 minutes after the job was completed. I know who to call from now on.

Nobody is having a good day when they realize they locked themselves out of their house. I called up Snap & Crack and they gave me an estimate of about an hour to get someone out, which was way faster than I was anticipating. I received a call within 10 minutes from the locksmith, telling me they were on their way. I was inside my house 30 minutes after I made the first phone call. I hope I’m not in another situation where I will need a locksmith, but if I am, I won’t hesitate to reach out to Snap & Crack again. The two guys that came out were extremely professional, personable, and efficient. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a locksmith in a hurry!

I'm terrible with keys! I lost the only key I had to one of my work vans. The tech was in my driveway within 15 minutes of my call for service. He made keys for my work van and also another Fob with key for my personal truck. All of this was done within an hour of placing the call for service!
