Fast easy professional. What I dream of these days. I was told a timeframe and was greeted in about 20 minutes! I actually called snap and crack after waiting almost an hour for another company (Keyme) who laughably called me and told me 39-40 minutes BEFORE S&C came and did their job. Yet arrived about 20 minutes after the job was completed. I know who to call from now on.

Nobody is having a good day when they realize they locked themselves out of their house. I called up Snap & Crack and they gave me an estimate of about an hour to get someone out, which was way faster than I was anticipating. I received a call within 10 minutes from the locksmith, telling me they were on their way. I was inside my house 30 minutes after I made the first phone call. I hope I’m not in another situation where I will need a locksmith, but if I am, I won’t hesitate to reach out to Snap & Crack again. The two guys that came out were extremely professional, personable, and efficient. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a locksmith in a hurry!

Glen really came through for me today. My son lost his motorcycle and car key over the weekend. My son called a different company and they came out. They did the car key but said they couldn’t do the motorcycle. They told us we would have to take it to the dealership. I called Glen’s Lock Service and explained the situation.
