I have trusted this company for many years and never had issues with their products – always superior in quality and professionalism. Recently I had to have work done on locks with my house, so of course they were the first I called. I ended up going with a different company due to price and availability. This was a horrible mistake. I called Anderson back to re-book an appointment knowing it would be several days before they would be able to come out and correct the issues the first company caused. They were sympathetic and at my house 15 minutes later. This was short notice, a holiday weekend and storming. The locksmith that arrived, Bob, understood that I was completely stressed at this point and was kind and reassuring that everything would be fine. He explained what needed to get done and documented the issues caused by the first company. Bob then went above and beyond his job and intervened when a supervisor from the first company showed up at my house threatening me. Anderson didn’t send a locksmith, they sent a superhero. My house is secured and my mind is at peace. Thank you Bob and Anderson for your quality of work and humanity!

I'm terrible with keys! I lost the only key I had to one of my work vans. The tech was in my driveway within 15 minutes of my call for service. He made keys for my work van and also another Fob with key for my personal truck. All of this was done within an hour of placing the call for service! I could not be more impressed with this company. My wife is an ER nurse and the ignition key cylinder went bad in our Volkswagen golf GTI. Glen really came through for me today. My son lost his motorcycle and car key over the weekend. My son called a different company and they came out. They did the car key but said they couldn’t do the motorcycle. They told us we would have to take it to the dealership. I called Glen’s Lock Service and explained the situation.
