Right away, he stood out—he actually suggested I go to a shop to save a little money, even though he’s a mobile locksmith. That honesty is rare and earned my trust immediately.
Though he was booked for the day, he still reached out and offered to stop by that evening so I didn’t have to wait. He cut the keys quickly and stayed to program both fobs, which took over 30 minutes. He was friendly, efficient, and a total professional. My fiancée even said we should invite him for dinner!
