called Nonstop locksmith to see if they can help me with installing a security gate for my fire escape window. They put me in touch with Wille who was a complete professional from the start. He instantly came by to take measurements and show me options of available designs. He ordered the gate I picked and when he recieved it he came by with Jack as it takes 2 to install this heavy massive gate. They explained every little detail that was being done and did an amazing job. Throughout the entire process from my 1st call to measuring to installing Willie was in touch with me the entire time and really showed care for the business and his customer. I will call and trust Key Star for any locksmith service I may need in the future… Period. Their prices were fair and honest and Willie and Jack were true professionals and amazing!

I called Noble for a quote to compare to another quote I received. His was similar, so I mentioned I was going to go with the appointment I had already set up. He asked if the other locksmith offered up his license info (he had not). He said "You don't have to go with me, I just want you to know there are scams out there and always ask for a license". I really appreciated the warning. Sure enough, the other guy didn't want to send me his info. I used Kyle, and so glad I did! He was on time, super efficient, spotless van, reviewed the function of the keys with me and overall great service!
