Description
What the Ingress 302WA does at your building lobby
Replaces the front-door bottleneck. Most apartment lobbies and office buildings still run on a 1980s buzzer-and-key system: tenants get a fob that gets lost, visitors call the front desk, and you have no idea who came in last Tuesday at 11 p.m. The Ingress 302WA puts smart credentials and an audit trail on the front door. The PGI302WA set includes the Link, Door Sensor, indoor switch, and RF receiving box (the lock’s request-to-exit and entry-monitoring kit). The PGA300PS Access Control Interface is sold separately if needed.
Where the 302WA fits: apartment lobbies, office buildings, gym front doors, schools
Apartment lobbies replacing buzzer-and-key systems with credentialed access. Office building lobbies issuing per-tenant credentials and audit logs. Gyms and fitness studios giving members 24/7 unstaffed front-door entry. Coworking spaces with member-tier-based access. Clubhouses, schools, and multi-family amenity spaces. Anywhere the front door is a mag-lock or electric strike and the operator wants smart control of who enters.
How the Ingress 302WA pairs with mag-locks and electric strikes
The Ingress controls existing door hardware via a relay output. Securitron, Schlage, and RCI magnetic locks are common pairings. Power supply, request-to-exit handling, and (where required) fire alarm tie-in are all part of a standard install. Lobby door stays code-compliant for emergency egress.

Buy from 1-800-Unlocks. Lobby access control installs are usually a coordinated job — door hardware, low-voltage wiring, network setup, and request-to-exit handling. We strongly recommend certified installation for these. Contact us to scope the install and get a quote before you order.”
