Great service, responded quickly, great attention, very upbeat, he was here for a water damage key, everyone thought, he would not get it, and he nailed it.
Gil went above and beyond making sure it worked perfectly. He was courteous and very professional. Gil cleaned up after the work was done. I highly recommend this company.
We just bought a new home and called 5 Star Locksmith to re-key five doors. Gil was awesome! Timely, efficient, friendly, and very professional. He made a couple of recommendations and gave us pricing, but wasn’t pushy about it. We agreed with his recommendations and he got straight to work. He installed a keypad lock on our front door, which was slightly smaller than the existing lock. He asked if I had the paint for the door, which luckily we did. He touched up the area around the lock. He painted my door! I did not expect that. He even helped us set up the app for the keypad. We love it! I highly recommend 5 Star Locksmith. Thanks Gil!
