Jade Smith is the best locksmith in our area . He is personable, honest, straight forward and does excellent work . I will never call AAA for locksmith service. It took them over nine hours to dispatch someone to me. I called Jade , he check inventory and called me back. he showed up on time, was professional and i could tell he knew the industry and locks.
After waiting 2 hours for another supposed Locksmith, I called The Door Heroes. Jade answered the phone and after telling him the situation, he said he’d be there in 20 minutes tops. Jade arrived 15 minutes after my call. He was very professional and personable. He had me in my home in 5 minutes. This is what I call superior service.
