We were told by this company that they could come and unlock our car last night for $79. We were told a technician would be calling and would be there once they finished the job they were at. They never called/showed-up. When I called this morning they said they’d come and open it. They showed up an hour and 45 minutes later, and charged us $108. I have called to get a refund on the amount that was over-charged, and have been hung-up on twice.
A great locksmith! I recommend them to anyone in Utah, I have used other locksmiths for other projects and most of the time they were late, couldn’t program my car keys, or the office staff was not professional or just plain rude! I didn’t have any of these issues with Mr Key and will use them again.
I searched for a locksmith in Orem and browsed 1800unlocks and found Mr Key Locksmith and then checked their online reviews and decided to give them a call. The locksmith was nice and arrived on-time unlocked my car and made me a key copy. Prices were reasonable and would use their services again!
